The Abbaye with its two restaurants the 1131 and the Bistrot des Moines run by our head chef Guillaume Royer, is a partner of the Côte d'Or region and it's 100% Côte d'Or initiative.

It's an initiative to recognize and promote local producers and the local "terroir",whilst providing a guarantee of quality for consumers
