We Welcome Our New Head Chef
We're delighted to welcome to the Abbaye our new Head Chef, François Pelletier.
A Burgundian, François brings with him 20 years of culinary experience from some of the most prestigious establishments, including Guy Savoy, Présidence de la République and L'Espadon at the Ritz Hotel in Paris and Le Pré aux Clercs in Dijon.
The recipient of many culinary awards, François will be heading up our two restaurants, the 1131 and the Bistrot des Moines when we reopen on the evening of Friday 11th February.
