From 19th to 22nd June, you will be immersed in the world of Burgundy wines: 3 nights in a superior room at the Abbaye with 3 sumptuous dinners created by head chef Guillaume Royer, a professional wine tasting tutorial with the director of the Wine School at Beaune, wine tastings with local wine producers, lunches...

To get the year off to a great start, Guillaume has received yet another award!

On the 11th January, Michelin revealed that Guillaume had been awarded the Bib Gourmand for the Bistrot des Moines.

This award is given by the Michelin inspector to restaurants that excel in terms of quality and value for money.

Bravo to Guillaume who was last year awarded Grand Chef of Tomorrow by Gault & Millau and Grand Table of the Year 2016 in the Côte d'Or at the Gastronomy Trophies ceremony in Dijon.

Spring is just around the corner and we're delighted to get our Sunday brunches started.

The 1st of the season will on Sunday 19th March and all the team here is looking forward to welcoming you for more gastronomic and relaxing Sundays.  Weather permitting, you can enjoy a pleasurable afternoon in the Abbaye's park.

    80th anniversary for the Route des Grands Crus


This year, the Route des Grands Crus is celebrating its 80th anniversary and the Abbaye is happy to participate in the festivities by organising a special "wine" brunch on Sunday 14th May from midday onwards.

Guillaume will delight the taste buds with some delicious wine-based, regional dishes and head sommelier Freddy has invited 2 wine producers from La Route des Grands Crus to come and host a special wine tasting.

With a bit of luck the weather will be kind to us, so that you can enjoy the terrace and park.

Bistrot des Moines

The Bistrot des Moines welcomes you in the former refectory of the Abbaye.

In an atmosphere blending relaxation and the originality of the place, taste wholesome food, revisiting the classics of Burgundian cuisine. Here, monastic spirituality has given way to the pleasures of the palate and conviviality, even if the decor subtly recalls the original purpose of this place steeped in history.


A 17 acre park

Set amongst trees and flowers, our 17 acre park lends itself to a leisurely stroll.

Wander along the shores of the ornamental lake, enjoy the presence of the ponies on the lush green lawns, discover the different features of the Abbaye, like the water-mill or the dovecote: take advantage of this bucolic setting that exudes calm and enchantment.
